Returns & Refund Policy

We offer refunds only for damaged printed notes. Make sure, user must have to provide a detailed video of received packages that are unopened and sealed. 

For eligible refunds, we will process and credit the amount in your bank account within 5-7 business days. And we do not offer return/exchange/shipping as we are not eligible since ours is a service business.
